Product Guarantee

We guarantee all our products. You may return any item purchased from BodyBio for any reason for an exchange or refund.

RETURNS:

Unopened Product:

• A 100% refund will be issued if returned within 30 days of receipt
• A restocking fee of 20% will be applied prior to refund being issued if returned after 30 days.
• After 60 days, returns will not be accepted.

Opened Product:

• A 100% store credit will be issued if returned within 30 days of receipt
• A restocking fee of 30% will be applied prior to store credit being issued if returned after 30 days.
• After 60 days, returns will not be accepted.

After 1 year, credits will expire.
